Euro 2024 Qualifiers: Ukraine's debut in Leverkusen, but not on German soil
The Ukrainian national team has not played at the «BayArena» in Leverkusen, but it has a rich history of performances on German soil.
Here the blue-and-yellow team played a total of 11 matches (three wins, two draws and six losses). It was precisely in German Cologne that our team played one of the most memorable games in history: in the round of 16 of the 2006 World Cup, Oleh Blokhin's boys overcame Switzerland on penalties.
