An extraordinary conference of the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast Football Association took place. The chairman of the association, Andriy Bondarenko, reported on his period in office at the conference. Afterward, Taras Klim was elected as the new head of the IFOAF (25 votes out of 26) by acclamation.
Vasyl Sykorra was unanimously elected as the first deputy chairman, while deputies include Vitaliy Fedoriv (head of the Ivano-Frankivsk RFA), Taras Yavorsky (head of the Kolomyia RFA), Ruslan Tsuper (head of the Kalush RFA), Mykola Vasylykiv (first vice-president of DYuFLIFo) and Oleh Volosyank.

Next, according to the agenda, delegates adopted a number of important decisions. Among them, in particular, the decision to appeal to the UAF with a request to ensure the holding of an executive committee meeting called for an extraordinary Congress of the UAF and to hold it within the terms set by the Statute of the UAF. To propose the following agenda for the extraordinary Congress of the UAF:
- About electing working bodies of the Extraordinary XXVI Congress of the UAF.
- About recognizing as such that did not take place, the regular report-election XXV Congress of the UAF.
- About electing the president of the UAF.
- About approving the quantitative composition of members of the Executive Committee of the UAF, first vice-presidents of the UAF, vice-presidents of the UAF.
- About electing first vice-presidents of the UAF.
- About electing vice-presidents of the UAF.
- About electing members of the Executive Committee of the UAF.
- About electing an audit body of the UAF.
- About electing heads, deputies of heads and members of bodies implementing football justice in the UAF.
- About granting powers for state registration of changes to information about the UAF in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations.
The delegates at the conference unanimously supported the proposal regarding convening an extraordinary Congress of the public association «Ukrainian Football Association».
