Considering that the term of office for the previous leadership of the Kharkiv Oblast Football Association had ended, at the conference, the issue of electing new governing bodies was raised. Upon a proposal from permanent members of the association, delegates unanimously supported Oleg Synyegubov's election to head the Kharkiv Oblast Football Association. The newly elected chairman emphasized his top priorities in the position - developing sports infrastructure that has suffered significant damage and restoring football competitions at various levels in the region: "I plan to personally focus on children's and youth football, its development prospects under current conditions. And still, I see the main task as ensuring safe leisure and sporting events for our citizens." Viktor Kovalenko was elected first deputy chairman, while Valeriy Sokurenko became deputy chairman. The executive committee includes representatives of the regional football community, military administration heads, etc. Alexander Pivovarov was re-elected head of the Disciplinary Committee, while Sergei Bortnik was elected head of the Appeals Committee.
