Match of the Ukrainian women's national team — victory over Greece in the Lizi Nations 2023/2024
On October 31, the women's national team of Ukraine secured their first historic victory in the Nations League.

Volodymyr Pyatenko's wards in a nominally home match in the city of Iraklion on Crete defeated Greece with a score of 1-0. They shared their emotions after the game, goalkeeper of the blue-and-yellow team Daria Kelyushchik and forward Veronika Andrukhiv.
"Thank you to the team for supporting me! I consider my debut successful. We — with the victory! Today it was clear that we are one team. We were a single unit, and this helped us win," said Daria Kelyushchik.
"Of course, emotions now are positive. We worked hard for this. In the previous game, many things didn't work out for us, but the coaching staff pointed out our mistakes that we did not make today. I think we followed the coach's instructions.
I believe that all of our players — are on a good level and ready to start. Today we played first number and didn't give the opponent anything in front. On the contrary, in attack, we were more aggressive ourselves. The score is 1-0, and we also had some worries about not conceding because this victory was very important for us, I repeat. But regardless of the score, the main thing — three points," said Veronika Andrukhiv.
The women's national team of Ukraine will play their next match in the League of Nations against Poland on December 1st in the city of Stalowa Wola, at the "Stal" stadium.

All matches at the group stage will be held according to the usual format — home and away against each opponent in the group. Three points will be awarded for a win, one point for a draw, and no points for a loss.

The top two teams in each group remain in League A for the European qualification of the Women's Euro 2025.
Four teams that finish third will play playoff matches against teams that finished second in League B. Winners from each matchup will advance to League A; teams that lose will drop down to League B.
Teams finishing fourth will drop down to League B.
League B
Four group winners advance to League A.
Four teams that finish second will play playoff matches against the third-place teams in League A. Winners from each matchup will advance to League A; teams that lose will drop down to League B.
The top three teams finishing third will play playoff matches against the top three teams finishing second in League C. Winners will remain in League B for European qualification; teams that lose will drop down to League C.
The team with the lowest ranking among those finishing third and four teams finishing fourth will drop down to League C.
League C
Five group winners advance to League B.
The top three teams that finish second will play playoff matches against the top three teams finishing third in League B. Winners from each matchup will remain in League B for European qualification; teams that lose will drop down to League C.
Other teams will remain in League C.
Matches for promotion/relegation
Pairs are drawn by lot, and matches within each pair are played home and away. Teams that finish third in their groups are seeded and play the return leg at home.
