The Ukrainian WU-17 women's national team has announced its squad for the first round of qualification for the 2024 European Championship finals to be held in Sweden.

Head coach Serhiy Sapronov called up 20 players for preparation, according to the official website of the All-Ukrainian Association of Women's Football.

Recall that the players of Serhiy Sapronov's team qualified for Group 4 of League A along with Germany, Romania and Austria. The mini-tournament will take place from October 14 to 20 in the German city of Duisburg (venues: Sportschule Wedau and Leichtathletikstadion BZA Wedau III).

Teams from League A that finish fourth in their groups will continue the season in the second round of League B. The seeding for the second round will depend on which places teams take in their first-round groups. Sweden also participates in the competition despite having a direct entry to the finals as hosts.

Teams from League B compete for promotion to League A across six groups. Group winners and runners-up with the best record against the group's top and third-placed teams will advance to the higher division.
