The Ukraine national team in Polish Tychy is completing their preparation for the Euro 2024 qualifier match against England. Yesterday, blue-and-yellow performed game exercises to warm up muscles and carried out tactical tasks to practice the playing model chosen by head coach Serhiy Rebrov.

Details of the work were shared by national team goalkeeper Andriy Lunin.

"The mood in the squad is always good, combative. There are no problems with that, so we're preparing. We analyze the opponent and how they play, working on our game. On paper, of course, England are favorites. But it's a matter where everything will be decided on the field on the 9th. We also have good players, a good team. And fighting qualities in us are even better.

Work with the national team and work with the club? These are two completely different worlds. Two different coaches, different schemes. But I like Serhiy Rebrov's approach, it is very modern. We try to play football, show good, bright, dynamic play. But results always come first, so we will work to achieve them.

Yes, there's nowhere like home, but playing in another country and seeing a full stadium with such an opponent - that would be a wonderful evening. We'll be grateful to our supporters and try to repay them with good play. Looking forward to a full stadium!" — emphasized Andriy Lunin.
