— for participating in the match of the 30th round of the UPL Championship between FC «Minay» (Minay) and FC «Zorya» (Luhansk), which took place on June 4, footballer Dmitry Mishnyov, who was not included in the referee's report, had the match result annulled by the KDK of the UAF. FC «Zorya» (Luhansk) received a technical loss with a score of 0:3, and FC «Minay» (Minay) — a technical win with a score of 3:0. FC «Zorya» (Luhansk) was ordered to pay an obligatory fine in the amount of 50,000 UAH, and footballer Dmitry Mishnyov was suspended from participating in matches for 3 (three) games conditionally;

— for violating Additional Security Measures for organizing and conducting matches in Ukraine among professional football clubs during wartime during the match of the 30th round of the UPL Championship between FC «Veres» (Rivne) — FC «Ingulets» (Petrove), which took place on June 4, specifically for repeating the violation of requirements regarding conducting matches without spectators, ordered FC «Veres» (Rivne) to pay an obligatory fine in the amount of 100,000 UAH;

— after reviewing materials concerning the match of the 30th round of the UPL Championship between SC «Dnipro-1» (Dnipro) — FC «Kryvbas» (Kryvyi Rih), which took place on June 4, ordered SC «Dnipro-1» (Dnipro) to pay an obligatory fine in the amount of 50,000 UAH (for violating Additional Security Measures for organizing and conducting matches in Ukraine among professional football clubs during wartime, specifically for repeating the violation of requirements regarding conducting matches without spectators), and ordered FC «Kryvbas» (Kryvyi Rih) to pay an obligatory fine in the amount of 9,000 UAH (for using pyrotechnic devices);

— for violating Additional Security Measures for organizing and conducting matches in Ukraine among professional football clubs during wartime during the playoff match for the right to participate in the UPL between FC «Veres» (Rivne) — FC «Metalurh» (Zaporizhzhia), which took place on June 14, specifically for repeating the violation of requirements regarding conducting matches without spectators, ordered FC «Veres» (Rivne) to pay an obligatory fine in the amount of 100,000 UAH;

— for improper organization of the match, including violating Additional Security Measures for organizing and conducting matches in Ukraine among professional football clubs during wartime during the playoff match for the right to participate in the UPL between FC «LNZ» (Cherkasy) — FC «Ingulets» (Petrove), which took place on June 14, ordered FC «LNZ» (Cherkasy) to pay an obligatory fine in the amount of 100,000 UAH.

Reminder that according to the decision of the Executive Committee of the UAF during the period of martial law, funds received by the UAF as obligatory fines from clubs for decisions of the KDK and Appeals Committee of the UAF are transferred to the United24 platform.
