Regarding the appeal of FC «Metalist 1925» (Kharkiv), the Ethics and Fair Play Committee of the UAF informs that it is conducting continuous monitoring of betting markets during official and friendly matches of all Ukrainian teams. With the aim of preventing the realization of possible plans by organizers to exert improper influence on the result of the match mentioned in the appeal, the committee will carefully, as always, monitor this and other matches and take measures to close betting placement if there are slightest suspicions about the unsportsmanlike nature of the game.

We draw attention to the fact that at present, the UAF is the only football association in the world that independently carries out real-time monitoring of the betting market and takes measures to stop data transmission from matches to this market if principles of fair play are violated.
