The head coach of the Ukrainian women's national team, Luis Cortes announced a list of players called up for a training camp to prepare for and participate in a friendly match against Estonia.

After a six-month break, the Ukrainian women's national team is returning to the training regimen. The scheduled match will take place with the support of the Estonian Football Association during Luis Cortes' players' training camp on April 11 in Tallinn at the local stadium "Sportland Arena" (kickoff at 7:00 PM) and will be the first match in preparation for official League of Nations games.

The team's gathering, which will include 22 footballers, will begin on April 3 in Suwałki, Poland, while on April 9 the delegation will travel to Tallinn. For the first time, two young players — Daria Kelyushyk and Polina Yanchuk — have been called up to the national team.

By the way, the confrontation between the national teams of Estonia and Ukraine will be the third in history. In 2012 they met in the qualification for the European Championship — both times the Ukrainians won (5-0 and 4-1).

We remind you that the draw for the first-ever Women's League of Nations will take place on May 2. The composition of the leagues and rankings before the draw will be determined by the current UEFA ranking of national women's teams. Currently, Ukraine is in the registry at 22nd place, which predicts a placement in League C.

In 2023, for participants of the League of Nations, six game windows are planned: September 20-22 and 23-26, October 25-27 and 28-31, November 29 - December 1 and December 2-5.
