The Kirovohrad region has joined the Ukrainian Football Association project "«Inclusive Football Sections»."

The Kherson Oblast has joined the Ukrainian Football Association project "Inclusive Football Sections." The first cycle, consisting of 20 sessions, was completed in Kropyvnytskyi at a local educational and rehabilitation center.

The coach for the Kherson Oblast is Bohdan Horelenko, who underwent special training at a seminar by the UFA. The regional coordinator of the project from the Kherson Oblast Football Association is Oleksiy Kravchenko.

Through this project within the UEFA Mass Football Charter, the Ukrainian Football Association aims to:

— improve the psycho-emotional and physical state of children through their involvement in physical activities and socialization;

— change society's attitude towards people with disabilities;

— provide access to inclusive sports training;

— unlock the potential of children;

— unite children and adults, regardless of physical or mental development.

Inclusive football sections, which are open to children with special educational needs, have been established in 21 communities across Ukraine. Thanks to the UFA, these sections are equipped with football uniforms for children, balls, and necessary sports equipment.
