In December, the Ukraine U-19 futsal team won at the Visegrad Cup 2022, where they defeated their Czech counterparts (4:2) and Hungary (2:1).

The blue-and-yellow team returned home with trophies. As reported by the press service of the Futsal Association of Ukraine, the young futsal players are sending a military radio relay station to the Armed Forces as a token of gratitude for the opportunity to pursue their passion, and it will be sent to one of the units soon.

We remind you that on November 3rd, the draw took place for the preliminary and main rounds of the Euro-2023 (U-19) futsal qualification. According to its results, Ukraine's youth team was placed in Group 2 of the main round, where next year they will face Romania, Serbia, and the winner of Group B from the preliminary round (Montenegro, San Marino, Gibraltar). The mini-tournament in March will be hosted by Serbia.
