After a prolonged pause related to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation and the state of emergency in Ukraine, competitions for the national cup among women's teams for the 2021/2022 season have resumed.

In the spring of this year, teams were supposed to continue their participation in the quarter-finals of the tournament. Unfortunately, not all of them can play: Lviv’s "Karpaty" and Kharkiv's "Zhiltobud-1" are currently not participating in football competitions.

As a result, "Ladomir" from Volodymyr, due to the absence of an opponent from Lviv, directly advanced to the semi-finals. The Rivne "Veres," which was supposed to meet with "Zhiltobud-1" in the postponed round-of-32 match, automatically progressed to the quarter-finals where it then lost to Kryvyi Rih's "Kolos."

As reported by The All-Ukrainian Association of Women's Football, "Dnipro-1" declined participation in the Cup according to a submitted letter. Therefore, its opponent, Kryvyi Rih’s "Krivbas," advanced past this stage without competition.

The final quarter-final match is scheduled for October 26 when Donetsk's "Shakhtar" will face Poltava's "Vorskla."

Thus, "Ladomir," "Krivbas," and "Kolos" have already advanced to the semi-finals.
