The Ukrainian Football Association's Committee of Referees explained the interpretation of a game incident that occurred in the 44th minute of the match between «Rukh» (Lviv) and «Dnipro-1» (Dnipro) in the 7th round of the Vbet League on October 16.

"<strong>Player No. 29 from FC «Rukh» has no intention to play for possession of the ball and deliberately interferes with only one purpose - to create an obstacle with his own body. He did not play the ball but merely touched it, and in doing so, he obstructed the movement of Player No. 11 from FC «Dnipro-1», blocking his trajectory. The penalty kick was correctly awarded.</strong>" — commented the main expert on refereeing for the Ukrainian Football Association, Nicola Rizzoli.
