Bukovyna continues to delight and help children with "Open Football Lessons" within the framework of a partnership project between the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and the All-Ukrainian Foundation "Child Rights Protection."

Psychosocial support was provided to children affected by war, both internally displaced persons (IDPs) and local children, by the administration of NVK village Panca, local organizers, and volunteer leader Vasyl Balanuk.

The children were greeted by UAF coordinator Yevheniy Stolitenko, regional coordinator from the Chernivtsi Oblast Football Association Oleksandr Plakhov, representative of the oblast council Petro Bryzhak, and village elder Serhiy Kazuk.

Each participating team received a large number of footballs and sports equipment, while each child received a t-shirt, baseball cap, bracelet, project diploma, as well as drawing kits and sweet gifts.

We remind you that "Open Football Lessons" also include components of psychological support and training on safe behavior in wartime and its aftermath—minimizing risks from explosive remnants, mines, emergency situations, etc.
