First and foremost—a pleasant news for fans of Ternopil "Niva". The club's management informed the PFL that "Niva" will participate in the first league championship season-2022/2023. On July 26, Ternopil football players plan to start preparing for the new tournament.

And the most significant changes seem to be happening in Kyiv's "Obolon": they have already lost 13 players, the most famous of whom are Igor Medynsky and Oleksiy Maidanovich. However, head coach Valeriy Ivashchenko extended his contract with the "brewers" until June 30, 2023. Kyivans also reinforced their ranks with goalkeeper Artem Kichak, defenders Danylo Karasev, Dmitro Fatiyev, Yevhen Korokhov, midfielders Serhiy Kosovskyi, Serhiy Mashalyr, Taras Moroz, and Vitaliy Hryshchuk. After several matches against amateurs, the players of "Obolon" tested their strength against representatives of the elite: they lost to "Kolos"—1:2 and drew with "Chornomorets"—0:0.

As for the players of "LNZ", in friendly matches so far, they are only winning. First, the team led by Yuri Bakalov took a victory over Myrivskiy "Druzhba" (4:2), and then they crushed another representative of the first division—"Kremenchuk"—(4:0). By the way, Igor Bilan now oversees goalkeeper training, who previously coached Ternopil "Niva". Continuing their career in Cherkasy team are Mikhaylo Polylyakh, Igor Soldat, Oleg Synyogub, Dmytro Shelykhov, Serhiy Shevts, Arsen Soltiuk, Andriy Liashenko, and Anton Savin.

As for the Zhytomyr "Polesye", it is preparing for new trials in Poland. After losing to a representative of the elite division of the neighboring country—"Jagiellonia" (2:3), the team led by Yuri Kalitvinets inflicted defeats on "Zniw" (7:0) and "Legionovia" (2:1).

The players of "Karpaty" conducted another friendly match with "Veres" and exchanged goals—1:1. By the way, in the center of defense for Lvivans played Dmytro Makhnev, who previously defended the colors of Rivne's team. He has already signed a contract with Galicians, while six more players are on trial, including Igor Dutsky from Kazakhstan's "Okezhpes" and brothers Mykola and Ihor Koguti from "Agrobusiness". At the beginning of August, the team led by Andriy Tlumak will play two more friendly matches against UPF teams—"Minay" and "Lviv."

On July 20, the players of "Prykarpattia" resumed training. Before the start of the season, they plan to play seven friendly matches, mostly against champions of neighboring regions.
