At 11:30, the Ukraine national team departed Cardiff for Dublin, where they will play their first match in the new UEFA Nations League tournament. The flight over the Irish Sea, which separates the British Isles, took 50 minutes.

Upon arrival at the airport, the team traditionally headed to a hotel: the Ukrainians stayed at Radisson Blue near Dublin.
After resting for three hours, the team set off for training, which took place on one of the fields at University College Dublin (UCD) campus. The campus houses over 30,000 students, and the sports center has 13 fields for various sports, seven of which are natural grass football pitches, one for rugby, and three for Gaelic football, Ireland's most popular sport.

Today, 16 players participated in the evening session. Players who started the match against Wales were given recovery procedures (they could opt for a run or stretching).

The main group of players, after warming up and drills, worked on game structure during tactical sessions. They then reinforced their training through game series.

Tomorrow, the national team will conduct an official training session at the Aviva Stadium (start time 7:00 PM local time). Half an hour before that, the head coach and a player from the squad will meet with journalists in the arena's conference room. A traditional Zoom link for media representatives who cannot travel to Ireland is available through UAF’s media channel.
