An interesting fact about today's opponent: the Wales national team, just like our national team, has only once participated in the final stage of the World Cup. While Ukraine played at the tournament 16 years ago in 2006, Wales did so 64 years ago in 1958.

In today's match, a winner must be determined. If the game ends in a draw after regular time, two additional periods of 15 minutes each will be played. If it remains tied even then, the teams will compete in a penalty shootout.

The winner will earn a spot at the final stage of the World Cup in Qatar.
