Leaders of the Ukrainian Vbet League, Donetsk's "Shakhtar" and Kyiv's "Dynamo," continue their charitable tours during which they play friendly matches against European clubs. The main goal of these events is to raise funds for humanitarian aid for Ukraine and the Ukrainian people suffering as a result of Russian aggression.

This time, "Shakhtar" visited Istanbul where it met with the local "Fenerbahçe." Miners took the field wearing jerseys with a tribute to four-year-old Alisa, who has been hiding in Mariupol's bomb shelter since the beginning of the war. With this initiative, Donetsk's club also wanted to remind the world community that over 200 Ukrainian children have already died as a result of Russian military aggression.

The playing kits of players from both teams featured the flag of Ukraine with the message "Football for Peace." The match began with a minute of silence in memory of war casualties.
