Group A: Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Slovakia, Georgia.
Group B: Spain, Scotland, Ukraine, Hungary, Faroe Islands.
Group C: Netherlands, Iceland, Czech Republic, Belarus, Cyprus.
Group D: England, Austria, Northern Ireland, North Macedonia, Latvia, Luxembourg.
Group E: Denmark, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Azerbaijan, Malta, Montenegro.
Group F: Norway, Belgium, Poland, Albania, Kosovo, Armenia.

Play-off
Nine teams that finish second in their groups will participate in a play-off, which consists of two stages.
The top three among the second-placed teams will have the opportunity to compete directly at the second stage of the play-off. Six remaining participants will compete for three spots in one-legged matches at the first stage. Three winners from the first round and three teams that advanced directly to the second stage will determine the trio of UEFA Women's World Cup playoff winners in one-legged duels.
The two winners of the second stage of the UEFA Women's World Cup play-off with the highest ranking (criteria applied to group stage results plus second-round playoffs) will receive two automatic spots at the 2023 World Cup, while the third winner will continue their journey in the intercontinental playoff.
