U-17: Oleh Kuznetsov has determined the composition of the Ukrainian youth team for the elite round of Euro 2022 selection

The head coach of Ukraine's youth national team (players born in 2005 or later) Oleg Kuznetsov has named the squad that will prepare for the elite round qualifiers for Euro-2022 (U-17), which will take place in Italy from April 20 to 26. There, alongside the hosts, the blue-and-yellow team will play against teams from Kosovo and Poland.
As a reminder, the mini-tournament was originally scheduled for March 23-29. However, due to the military aggression against Ukraine, UEFA changed the tournament dates in group 6.
The coach has called up 20 players for this squad.

The final tournament will take place from May 16 to June 1 in Israel.
If Oleg Kuznetsov's wards qualify for the elite round with a first-place finish, they will play in group A alongside Israel, Germany, and Luxembourg. If Ukraine finishes second in their qualifying group, they may end up in group B along with France, the Netherlands, and Bulgaria. However, to do so, they would need to achieve a better result than Hungary, which secured the second spot in group 1 with one point and a goal difference of -2.

Group A: Israel, Germany, winner of group 6, Luxembourg.
Group B: France, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Hungary or second team from group 6.
Group C: Serbia, Spain, Turkey, Belgium.
Group D: Denmark, Portugal, Scotland, Sweden.
Two best teams from each group will advance to the quarter-finals.

Quarter-finals: May 25/26.
Semi-finals: May 29.
Final: June 1.
