At the opening of the XXVIII Congress of the Ukrainian Football Association, which is currently taking place in Uzhhorod, Vice Chairman of the Office of Ukraine's President Viktor Mykita delivered a welcoming address.

Today, April 16, the XVIII Congress of the Ukrainian Football Association opened in Uzhhorod, and within its framework, the UAFA and FIFA "Development of Ukrainian Football in Conditions of War" Forum began its work.

Despite the war, thanks to the efforts of the Ukrainian Football Association and its president Andriy Shevchenko, Ukraine became one of the countries to which FIFA granted modern modular artificial turf mini-stadiums within its new global program "FIFA Arena".
