Registered UAF Agents
The official list of football agents registered with the Ukrainian Association of Football in accordance with the UAF Regulations on Agent Activities.
[email protected]In accordance with Article 3 of the UAF Regulations on Agent Activities, an agent must provide the UAF with:
- a duly completed UAF Agent Registration Form (Annexe No. 1 to the UAF Regulations on Agent Activities);
- a copy of an identity document (passport);
- a copy of the taxpayer registration number (if available);
- an extract from the place of residence/registration;
- confirmation of payment of the registration fee.
The registration fee shall be paid after the submission of the documents specified in paragraph 4 of Article 3 of the Regulations on Agent Activities. For payments in foreign currency (EUR) or transfers from abroad, please use the following bank details:
