In the Football Federation building, national team head coach Sergiy Rebrov held a working meeting with coaches of the youth and cadet teams of Ukraine.

Within the framework of the meeting, the results of the training camps of the cadet teams in 2026 were discussed, which took place outside the FIFA international dates. In particular, the U-18 team played two friendly matches against Italian underlings. The team of players born in 2009 (U-17) participated in an international tournament in Croatia, and the U-16 team born in 2010 competed at a tournament in Turkey.

Special attention was paid by the participants of the meeting to the issues of scouting work for youth and cadet teams, as well as unification of approaches to the preparation of teams of different age categories.
