Today, December 11, Kyiv's "Dynamo" played their fifth match of the Conference League group stage — in Florence against the local "Fiorentina."

The first half was dominated territorially and tactically by the hosts, who capitalized on this advantage at the 18th minute. Former Shakhtar player Dodo delivered a cross from the right flank, and Kin won the aerial duel against Nescheret to score. The forward had another chance to double his tally before halftime, but Dynamo's goalkeeper made two crucial saves in one-on-one situations.

After the break, Dynamo stepped up their pace. At the 54th minute, they scored their first shot on target against Fiorentina — De Gea parried Voloshin's shot into a corner. However, the next combination was successful: Mykhaylenko hit a powerful strike from just outside the penalty area into the top corner after receiving a pass from Pichalunko.

However, the decisive moment belonged to the Florentines. On the 74th minute, "The Violets" organized a swift counter-attack: Nescheret was beaten by the first shot, but Gudmundsson, who had just come on as a substitute, managed to get there for the follow-up and scored the winning goal.

In summary, "Dynamo" suffered an away defeat — 1:2. After five matches in the Ukrainian championship, they have three points.
