The 10th round of the Ukrainian Premier League season-2025/2026 has concluded. In half of the matches (four out of eight), spectators witnessed four goals being scored. "Polesia," "Shakhtar," and "Dynamo" secured victories with identical scores — 4:0. Meanwhile, in two encounters — in Rivne and Lviv derby — teams did not manage to score.

Goalkeepers were the focus of attention. Notably, goalkeeper Oleksiy Palamarchuk from Chernihiv's LNZ scored an assist for Prosper — this goal was the only one in their away match against "Metalist 1925" and helped the team climb to third place. In the Shakhtar-Kudryvka game, goalkeeper Dmitro Riznyk saved a penalty kick by Dmytro Korkishko and kept a clean sheet.

After ten rounds, "Shakhtar" leads the championship race with 21 points — one point more than "Dynamo" and LNZ.

In the top scorer standings, four players — Mykola Hayduchik, Prosper, Pilyp Budkivskyi, and Gleiker Mendoza — each have five goals and share first place.

Players called up by Serhiy Rebrov for October's matches of the Ukraine national team in the UEFA U21 Championship 2026 qualifiers against Iceland (5-3) and Azerbaijan (2-1) participated in this round: in Dynamo's lineup — Volodymyr Bratchko (substituted at minute 86), Oleksandr Timchik (entered as a substitute at minute 79); in Shakhtar's lineup — Dmitro Riznyk, Valeriy Bondar (substituted at minute 84), Oleg Ocheretynko (goal, substituted at minute 74), Artem Bondarenko (substituted at minute 63), Mykola Matviienko (entered as a substitute at minute 84); in Metalist 1925's lineup — Ivan Kalyuzhnyi; in Polesia's lineup — Bohdan Mikhailichenko, Vladyslav Velitnenko (goal, substituted at minute 76), Oleksandr Nazarenko (entered as a substitute at minute 46).

The next, 11th round of the UPL, which will feature the Ukrainian classic showdown "Shakhtar" vs. "Dynamo," starts on Friday, October 31 and lasts for four days.
