In the 2025/2026 season for the first time in history, two Ukrainian teams will represent Ukraine in the Women's Champions League — Poltava's "Vorskla," which plays in the second stage of the Champions Path, and Kharkiv's "Metalist 1925," which competes in the second round of the League Path.

By lot, the Ukrainian champion, "Vorskla," landed in Group 5 for this stage. The team will host matches in Shauylaia, Lithuania. In the semifinals, Poltava's women did not give Georgian "Lanchkuti" a chance — 5:0. Thus, on August 30, our team will face Lithuanian "Ginttra" in the final match.

The silver medalist of Ukrainian football, "Metalist 1925," traveled to Stockholm for Group 1 matches. In the semifinals against Swedish "Hammarby," Kharkiv's women lost in a tough battle — 4:5. Thus, on August 30, our girls will play for third place against Dutch PSV.
