"Dynamo" has won against Maltese "Hamarun Spartans" for the second time in a row — 3:0 (overall score — 6:0) and advanced to the third qualifying round of the Champions League.

Compared to the first match against "Hamarun Spartans," Oleksandr Shovkovskiy made significant changes to the lineup, making six substitutions. The blue-and-whites pressed Maltese players from the start and began creating opportunities. On the 12th minute, after a corner kick and a successful header by Bilовар, the ball first entered the visitors' net. However, this goal was annulled — the ball hit the hand of a Dynamo player during the shot.

However, this relative misfortune did not affect the attacking mood of the Ukrainian team at all. On the 28th minute, Vanat took advantage of a mistake by defenders, intercepted the ball and opened the score in the match. And just seven minutes later, Bражко successfully closed off a comfortable pass from Shaparenko — 2:0.

After halftime, Shovkovskiy's wards continued to play from a position of strength and logically extended the score to a rout. The third goal was scored after a corner kick setup: Supryaga won the battle, passed the ball to Shaparenko, who then gave a comfortable pass to Mikhavko, and the center-back shot low into the far corner. 3:0 — "Dynamo" secured their second consecutive "clean sheet" victory and confidently move forward.

In the third qualifying round of the Champions League, Dynamo will face the winner of the "Maccabi"—"Pafos" pair (Tel Aviv, Israel)—Cyprus. The first match ended in a draw — 1:1, and the replay is scheduled for Wednesday, July 30. 

Matches of the third qualifying round are planned for August 5/6 and August 12.
