At the beginning of June, Ukraine's women's national team won their group in the Nations League and for the first time in history secured a spot in the A League. Meanwhile, Poland's national team is preparing for its debut appearance at Euro, which will take place from July 2 to July 27 in Switzerland. By the way, the white-and-orange remain undefeated since last July.

The teams started the game without reconnaissance. Already in the first minutes, the Ukrainians conducted a sharp flank attack: Ivkova headed from the central zone, but the goalkeeper pulled the ball out under the crossbar.

Gradually, the home team took the initiative and created many opportunities from set pieces. On the 18th minute, after a sharp pass by Kamchik, Yedlin'ska was face-to-face with Bondarchuk and capitalized on the moment — 1:0.

On the 26th minute, Yedlin'ska was close to doubling her score, but her shot into the far corner was intercepted by the defense. The Ukrainians also had their moments, however, Kozlova and Ivkova’s shots were inaccurate. The home team's minimal advantage remained until halftime.

On the 64th minute, Poland doubled their lead: Tomaszyk took advantage of defensive errors and was first to pick up the ball and shot at goal. After a small ricochet, the ball ended up in the net again — 2:0. In stoppage time, the home team scored twice more: substitutes Adamek and Kokoş established the final score — 4:0.
