— having reviewed the materials concerning the behavior of the official representative of FC «Vorskla» (Poltava) Oleksandr Fundertat during the match of the 8th round of the second stage of the Ukrainian Championship among women's clubs in the highest league, FC «Vorskla» (Poltava) — FC «Metalist 1925» (Kharkiv), which took place on May 5, 2025, ordered FC «Vorskla» (Poltava) to pay the mandatory financial contribution in the amount of 15,000 (fifteen thousand) hryvnias to the account of the UAF for unethical and unsportsmanlike behavior of the official representative of FC «Vorskla» (Poltava) Oleksandr Fundertat during the match;

— having reviewed the materials concerning a possible violation by FC «Chornomorets» (Odessa) of regulatory norms during the 27th round match of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League, FC «Chornomorets» (Odessa) — FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk), which took place on May 3, 2025, ordered FC «Chornomorets» (Odessa) to pay the mandatory financial contribution in the amount of 30,000 (thirty thousand) hryvnias for repeated non-compliance by FC «Chornomorets» (Odessa) with the requirements of Additional Security Measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine under martial law, specifically — regarding the conduct of a match without spectators;

— having reviewed the materials concerning the behavior of the FC «Veres» (Rivne) team during the 27th round match of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League, FC «Veres» (Rivne) — FC «Obolon» (Kyiv), which took place on May 3, 2025, ordered FC «Veres» (Rivne) to pay the mandatory financial contribution in the amount of 5,000 (five thousand) hryvnias for leaving the technical area by officials of the club team during the match;

— having reviewed the materials concerning the expulsion of FC «Veres» (Rivne) player Bohdan Kogut during the 27th round match of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League, FC «Veres» (Rivne) — FC «Obolon» (Kyiv), which took place on May 3, 2025, suspended player Bohdan Kogut from participating in matches for three games (for using abusive and indecent language);

— having reviewed the materials concerning a possible violation by FC «Polesia» (Zhytomyr) of regulatory norms during the 27th round match of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League, FC «Polesia» (Zhytomyr) — FC «Oleksandria» (Oleksandria), which took place on May 4, 2025, ordered FC «Polesia» (Zhytomyr) to pay the mandatory financial contribution in the amount of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias for repeated non-compliance by FC «Polesia» (Zhytomyr) with the requirements of Additional Security Measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine under martial law, specifically — exceeding the maximum allowed number of spectators on the stadium;

— having reviewed the materials concerning the expulsion of FC «Kryvyi Rih» (Kryvyi Rih) player William Mirakha Agabie during the 27th round match of the Ukrainian Championship U-19, FC «Ruh» (Lviv) — FC «Kryvyi Rih» (Kryvyi Rih), which took place on May 1, 2025, suspended player William Mirakha Agabie from participating in matches for one game (for serious playing misconduct);

— having reviewed the materials concerning the match of the Ukrainian Cup, FC «Polesia» (Zhytomyr) — FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk), which took place on April 23, 2025, ordered FC «Polesia» (Zhytomyr) to pay the mandatory financial contribution in the amount of 40,000 (forty thousand) hryvnias for repeated non-compliance by FC «Polesia» (Zhytomyr) with the requirements of Additional Security Measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine under martial law, specifically — exceeding the maximum allowed number of spectators on the stadium, and ordered FC «Polesia» (Zhytomyr) to pay the mandatory financial contribution in the amount of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias for improper behavior of the team (when five or more representatives of one team receive sanctions from the referee during a single match);
