The Disciplinary Committee of the UAF, having considered the case «Regarding Match 26 of the U-19 Championship between FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk) and FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv)», which took place on April 26, adopted the following decisions:

— ordered FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk) to pay a mandatory fine of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for unsportsmanlike and undisciplined behavior by players of FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk) during and after the match);

— ordered FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk) to pay a mandatory fine of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias and imposed on FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk) the sanction of social useful activity in the field of football, namely ordered FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk) to conduct 1 (one) educational lecture (lasting no less than 30 minutes) about the need to adhere to regulatory norms, including principles of «Fair Play» and mutual respect by players and officials of the club before, during, and after matches for the U-19 team «Shakhtar» (Donetsk) (for provocative actions by players and officials of FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk), which led to confrontation/chaos on the football field);

— ordered FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv) to pay a mandatory fine of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for unsportsmanlike and undisciplined behavior by players of FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv) during and after the match);

— ordered FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv) to pay a mandatory fine of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias and imposed on FC «Dynamo»  (Kyiv) the sanction of social useful activity in the field of football, namely ordered FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv) to conduct 1 (one) educational lecture (lasting no less than 30 minutes) about the need to adhere to regulatory norms, including principles of «Fair Play» and mutual respect by players and officials of the club before, during, and after matches for the U-19 team «Dynamo» (Kyiv) (for provocative actions by players of FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv), which led to confrontation/chaos on the football field);

— suspended player of FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk) Diego Hunior Arroyo Maldonado from participating in matches for 3 (three) games (for fighting during the match), including conditionally for 1 (one) game with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;

— suspended player of FC «Shakhtar» Rostislav Baglay from participating in matches for 3 (three) games (for fighting during the match), including conditionally for 1 (one) game with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;

— suspended player of FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk) Oleksandr Yushchenko from participating in matches for 3 (three) games (for violent behavior), including conditionally for 1 (one) game with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;

— suspended player of FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk) Nikita Kaliuzhnyy from participating in matches for 3 (three) games (for violent behavior), including conditionally for 1 (one) game with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;

— suspended player of FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk) Oleksandr Bashmaryn from participating in matches for 3 (three) games (for violent behavior), including conditionally for 1 (one) game with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;

— suspended head coach of FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk) U-19 Oleksiy Belyk from participating in matches for 3 (three) games (for using abusive, indecent language);

— suspended fitness trainer of FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk) U-19 Pavlo Onoprienko from participating in matches for 3 (three) games (for physically assaulting a player of the opposing team);

— suspended player of FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv) Vladyslav Herich from participating in matches for 3 (three) games (for fighting during the match), including conditionally for 2 (two) games with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;

— suspended player of FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv) Danyil Dekhtyar from participating in matches for 3 (three) games (for violent behavior);

— suspended player of FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv) Viacheslav Surkis from participating in matches for 3 (three) games (for using abusive, indecent language).
