In the second round of qualification, seven teams will be determined to join Poland at the final stage of the European Championship for women under 19 years old. Additionally, teams that move from one league to another will be identified. Despite automatic qualification into the finals, Poland will participate in the qualifying process. The seeding for the second round draw was based on the positions held by the teams in the first round.

In League A, 28 teams are competing across seven groups, including seven teams that advanced from League B after the first round. The winners of each group in League A during the second round (and the best runner-up if Poland finishes first in their group) will earn spots at the final stage. Teams finishing fourth in their groups will start the 2025/2026 season in League B.

In League B, 23 teams, including those that dropped out after the autumn phase from League A, are competing across six groups for spots in League A of the next round-robin tournament.

Mini-tournaments of the second qualifying round will conclude by April 8, 2025, while the final stage will take place June 15—27.
