In the second qualifying round, seven national teams will be determined to join Poland in the final stage of the European Championship among girls under 19 years old, as well as teams that will move from one league to another. Poland, despite automatic qualification for the finals, will participate in the selection process. The seeding for the draw of the second round was based on the positions held by the teams in the first round.

In League A, 28 teams are playing in seven groups, including seven national teams that rose from League B at the end of the first round. Seven group winners in League A during the second round (and the best runner-up if Poland finishes first in their group) will receive tickets to the final stage. Teams finishing fourth in their groups will start the 2025/2026 season in League B.

23 teams are competing in six groups in League B, including those that were eliminated after the autumn round from League A, for spots in League A of the next qualifying round.

The mini-tournaments of the second qualifying round will conclude by April 8, 2025, and the final stage will take place from June 15 to 27.

As a reminder, the Ukraine WU-19 women's national team secured first place in their group of the first round in League B and qualified for League A.
