On August 31 and September 1, a mini-football tournament for veterans, people with disabilities caused by the war, and active military personnel in memory of the victims of the Ilovaisk tragedy took place at the Kyiv NTU named after Viktor Bannikov.

Ten teams participated in the competition:

— 27th brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine;

— «Vovkulaki»;

— «Patriot»;

— «Dominant»;

— «Bronto»;

— Kyiv Military Lyceum named after Ivan Bohun;

— «Friends and Comrades»;

— State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine;

— National Anti-Corruption Agency;

— Military Institute of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

According to the rules, participants were divided into two groups with five teams each. The winners of the groups played in the final match, while the second-place teams competed for third place.
