The goal of organizing these camps is to provide children with a genuine professional football educational process, instill the fundamentals of intelligent football, and organize an educational training process according to modern European standards and trends.

The conditions that were created for children were practically identical to those of professional team preparation. A group of 32 players was coached by four trainers who had previously planned and discussed the program for the educational camp. Two educators also worked, ensuring compliance with camp requirements, a professional psychologist who throughout all days in the camp studied the psychological characteristics of each participant and at the end provided a complete picture of the psychological profile of every football player.

Video and photo operators ensured work with video and photographic content during leisure moments, but most importantly, during educational training sessions and control matches that took place in a football festival format where all games were played without regard to individual match results.

Quality training with corresponding explanations for certain requirements, stops and additional corrections during the execution of technical maneuvers and tactical actions, equal demands on everyone without double standards, serious attitude towards children - participants in the camp - these principles were laid at the foundation of the camp's philosophy.

During the training period, the children underwent testing twice to determine progress in acquiring and improving technical-tactical skills. It is worth noting that 85 percent of the children improved their test results thanks to their persistent efforts.

During the camp, the best among the best football players and girls were identified who have significant prospects in modern football.

All children received equipment at the beginning of the camp and footballs from the Ukrainian Football Association at the end of it.

Thus, the first step has been taken and, as it turned out, this drop was not heavy.
