UAF collaboration with European football associations: Ukrainian children train at Italy's Coverciano
40 young footballers and several coaches from the Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts trained at the renowned Coverciano Technical Center as part of the UAF's cooperation memorandum with European football associations.
Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Oblast Association of Football, met with the children upon their return from training and leisure activities in Italy. The young athletes shared their experiences, the knowledge they gained, and the new friendships they formed.
As a reminder, the UAF, in collaboration with Italian partners, organized a training and wellness camp for children from Ukraine’s frontline regions. Additionally, 10 coaches had the opportunity to attend advanced training courses based on the Italian methodology.
