Ukraine Olympic team draws with Paraguay in friendly match
Today, on July 18, Ukraine's Olympic team played their second friendly match in preparation for the 2024 Games in France, facing Paraguay. The match took place in the Aquitaine city of Ajetmo at the Alain Lansamen stadium, with UAF Vice President Oleksandr Shevchenko in attendance.

Just like four days ago against Egypt, when the match ended in a 1:1 draw, this friendly also ended without a winner — 2:2.
The score was opened in the 31st minute by Khlan after a pass from Mykhailenko. Later, towards the end of the first half and the beginning of the second, Fesyun saved two penalties. Near the end, Fedor doubled the Blue and Yellow's advantage with an assist from Ocheretko. Unfortunately, in the final minutes, our team lost the lead.
Tomorrow, the players of Ukraine's Olympic team will have recovery procedures in the morning, and in the afternoon, they will head to Lyon. There, Batahov will join the team, and they will begin direct preparation for the opening match of the Games against Iraq.
