EURO 2024. Latest from Ukraine's camp: second training session of the day and official attire unveiled

Our national team conducted their second training of the day under more favorable weather conditions: contrary to the morning rain, there was no precipitation. However, despite the sun shining, it didn't provide much warmth. Currently, in the land of Hessen, autumn weather prevails, making a jacket quite appropriate for early June.

The "home" field of the Ukrainian national team is situated atop a hill, offering a splendid view of the town of Taunusstein, where the team currently resides. Specifically, the team is located on the outskirts of the mentioned town, which has few inhabitants. Moreover, per Germany's security requirements and EURO 2024 organizers, the hotel area is completely fenced off, ensuring no unexpected guests enter the team's camp.

Under conditions where nothing distracts from focusing on preparation for the start of the final tournament, the players held an evening training session. The main part of the session was dedicated to practicing ball control, passing, and executing tactical tasks set by the coaching staff. During gameplay sequences, the players demonstrated enthusiasm and eagerness to compete for every ball: the approach to Euro is evident, with everyone in the team camp eager to earn their place in the games. The training concluded with shooting drills and stretching to aid muscle recovery.

Additionally, earlier today, the players of the national team posed for photos in their new official smart casual style uniforms, tailored by Indposhiv, a studio known for custom tailoring classic clothing commissioned by the UAF. The premiere of the new team look will take place tomorrow, as the players depart from their training base to the airport, heading towards Munich, the starting point of their EURO 2024 journey.
