Eight teams participated in the competition, which were divided into two groups of four each.

According to the rules, matches consisted of two halves of 10 minutes each. The teams that occupied first and second places in their groups advanced to the semifinals, with winners playing in the final and losers competing for third place.

It is worth noting that at the end of the tournament, a friendly match took place between the coaches' team, for which Serhiy Zadorozhnyak, deputy head of the Chernivtsi Football Association, played, and the children's team, which ended with a victory by the latter with a score of 3:0.

All teams were awarded footballs, diplomas, souvenirs from the Ukrainian Football Association, while winners received cups and medals.

This tournament was organized by the International Charity Fund «Karitas Ukraine» with support from the Ukrainian Football Association.

In addition to football itself, children had the opportunity to visit a pizza-making tour and were also provided with quests, quizzes, and master classes.
