A football mini-pitch event took place at the Ladyzhin City Stadium "Avangard" within the framework of a social project by the Ukrainian Football Association and the Vinnytsia Oblast Football Association called "Open Football Lessons."

The event was held with the support and participation of Ladyzhin District Children's Sports School No. 2, football club "Avangard," the department for physical culture and sports, and the cultural and tourism department of the Ladyzhin City Council.

The festival was opened by the head of the physical culture and sports department, Serhiy Stoian, and the project coordinator from the Vinnytsia Oblast Football Association, Oleksandr Sydoruk.

Representatives of the Haisyn District Police Department and DSN in Ladyzhin, players and coaches from FC "Avangard" and Ladyzhin District Children's Sports School No. 2 also participated in conducting football lessons. One of the volunteer leaders was the head coach of FC "Avangard," Oleg Pavlyk.

Seventy-five local children took part in the activities. Participants received footballs, t-shirts, diplomas, and sports equipment for future football events at schools in the city. The city council and the charitable foundation "MHPP - Community" also treated the children to sweets and gifts.

The Ukrainian Football Association and regional football associations' project "Open Football Lessons," supported by UEFA, is:

• psychosocial support for children of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, internally displaced persons (IDP) children, and war-affected children;
• unity and friendship between IDP children and local children, social integration;
• inclusive environment, participation regardless of ability level or gender, as well as inclusion of children with special educational needs;
• safety knowledge in wartime conditions;
• philosophy of mass football - joy from playing rather than results at any cost;
• nurturing a healthy lifestyle;
• fostering volunteerism;
• activating local communities through intersectoral networks (teachers, coaches, psychologists, safety experts, parents, youth leaders, local authorities, patrons, etc.).

All project events are held in regions with the approval of oblast military administrations.
