On May 6 in Cherkasy Oblast, in the city of Zolotonosha, the MAXIMUM camp for women with amputations of both upper and lower limbs began and will run until May 11.

The goal of the project is for each participant to have the opportunity to reveal her uniqueness through creative master classes and team and extreme activities, regain strength for new achievements in life, and share her story of inspiration.

The program is implemented with the support of the Ukrainian Association of People with Disabilities in Football (UAFLI), the Cherkasy Oblast Military Administration, and American organizations Shepherd's Foundation, USAFF, and LimbFit.

On the first day of the camp, the girls trained twice under the guidance of USAFF President and Lone Star Adaptive Football Vice-President McKenzie Gulmore and Ukraine's amputee national team coach Dmitry Rzhondkovsky.

A professional psychologist also worked with the girls, each of whom had the opportunity to share her life story.
