"According to materials received from the UPL regarding violations that occurred during matches in the 18th and 19th rounds of the Vbet League, most of these violations are delays in starting the match. Specifically, in the 19th round, six out of eight matches started with a delay.

A delayed start is a violation of regulatory norms. For this violation, a mandatory fine of at least 5,000 UAH is prescribed. However, in most cases, the UAF Disciplinary Committee took mitigating circumstances into account and reduced the penalty.

Considering the spread by certain media of information with elements of manipulation, I would like to note that teams are required to adhere to a reverse countdown timer with an exact minute-by-minute schedule and carry out all pre-match activities according to it. In turn, I ask representatives of the media not to manipulate information regarding individual decisions of the UAF Disciplinary Committee, especially those concerning the participation of representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in pre-match activities. Because it is precisely thanks to our defenders that we have the opportunity to conduct football matches on Ukrainian territory," — Vitaliy Naum, head of the UAF Disciplinary Committee, said in his comment to the press.
