From February 23 to 28, the four group winners of League A (Spain, Netherlands, Germany, France) determined the first champion in the history of the Women's Nations League. The final round was held under a single-elimination system.

In the semifinals, the Spanish team defeated the Dutch at home (3:0), while the French team managed to beat Germany on their own field (2:1). In the decisive match in Seville, Spain defeated France 2-0 and became the first champion of the Women's Nations League.

The finalists joined France (the host of Igor-2024) for the Olympics. Since France itself reached the final of the Nations League, its spot went to the bronze medalist of the tournament, Germany, who won against the Netherlands 2-0 away.
