To your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 6:00 on February 14, 2024 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The seven hundred twenty-first day of the large-scale armed aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine has begun.

The enemy continues to ignore the laws and customs of war, using tactics of terror, carrying out rocket and air strikes, shelling military positions as well as numerous civilian objects in our country with multiple rocket launchers.

During the past day, 71 combat engagements took place. In total, the enemy carried out 3 rocket and 159 air strikes, conducted 162 shelling operations with multiple rocket launchers on positions of our troops and populated areas. As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, there are casualties among the civilian population. Multi-story buildings, private homes, as well as critical infrastructure objects were damaged.

Air strikes hit: Krugle in Kharkiv Oblast, Novoyegorivka, Bihorivka in Luhansk Oblast, Terny, Rozdolovka, Chasiv Yar, Orlivka, Novomykhailivka, Kostiantynivka, Staromajorske in Donetsk Oblast; Novodaryvka, Dolinka, Zhova Krucha, Mala Tokmachka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast; Krynytsi in Kherson Oblast.

More than 100 populated areas in Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson and Mykolaiv oblasts were under artillery fire.

In the area of responsibility of OSUM "North" on the Volynian and Polesian directions, the operational situation remains unchanged.

On the Northern and Slobozhansky directions the enemy maintains military presence in border areas, conducts sabotage activities to prevent our troops from redeploying to threatening sectors, increases the density of mine-explosive obstacles along the state border in the Belgorod region.

In the area of responsibility of OSUM "Khortytsia" on the Kupyansk direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.

On the Lyman direction our forces repelled 2 attacks by the enemy in the area of Yamopolivka, Donetsk and Bihorivka, Luhansk Oblast.

On the Bakhmut direction defensive forces repelled 10 attacks by the enemy near Bogdanivka, Ivanivske and Klyschyivka in Donetsk Oblast.

In the area of responsibility of OSUM "Tavria" on the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the enemy who does not give up attempts to encircle Avdiivka. Our troops firmly hold their defense, inflicting heavy losses on aggressors. Thus, defensive forces repelled 20 attacks by the enemy in the area of Avdiivka and another 4 attacks near Nevelskiy in Donetsk Oblast over the past day.

On the Mariupol direction Ukrainian troops continue to hold back the enemy near Georgiyivka, Pobedy and Novomykhailivka in Donetsk Oblast, where the enemy, with air support, 27 times attempted to improve tactical positions.

On the Novopavlivsk direction, no offensive actions by the enemy were noted.

On the Zaporizhzhia direction defensive forces repelled 3 attacks by the enemy east of Mala Tokmachka and Robotino in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

In the area of responsibility of OSUM "Odessa" on the Kherson direction, defensive forces continue to hold positions and repel assaults by occupying troops. Despite significant losses, the enemy does not give up attempts to drive our units from occupied positions. Thus, over the past day, the enemy carried out 5 unsuccessful assault operations.

At the same time, our troops actively inflict casualties on occupying forces in manpower and equipment, exhausting the enemy along the entire front line.

During the past day, aviation of defensive forces delivered strikes against 11 areas of concentration of personnel, 1 command post, 3 areas of deployment of air defense missile complexes of the enemy.

Subunits of rocket troops inflicted blows on 4 areas of concentration of personnel, 7 artillery systems, 3 anti-aircraft systems, 3 command posts, 2 ammunition depots and 1 electronic warfare system of the enemy.
