The Odessa Regional Football Association conducted a short-term training course for mass football coaches under the C-license program of the Ukrainian Football Association at the end of last year. Such training is held annually to extend the validity period of coaching licenses. In accordance with one of the main principles of the UEFA Coaches Convention, a coach must continue learning throughout their life. Any coaching license, from the first D-license of the UFA to the highest PRO UEFA level, has a three-year validity period.

The coaches received their licenses from Yuri Ovcharenko, deputy head of the Scientific and Methodological Committee of the Odessa Regional Football Association, and special guest star — Master of Sports in football, winner of the Ukrainian Cup with FC "Tavriya" (Simferopol), head coach of the amateur football club "Pivdenna Palmira NGU," Illia Halyzy.
