Yesterday's training on a viscous wet lawn, and it was also the first snowfall with low temperatures, became sufficient physical exertion. Therefore, today the boys had the opportunity to functionally work out in the gym.

The fitness coach Vitaliy Kulyba divided the session into three stages: stretching, work on the stationary bike, and tennis ball exercises. Thus, groups of football players alternated through corresponding intervals of time.

After lunch, the blue-and-yellow team left Hotel Grano, which had been their residence since Monday, and set off for the training camp. The flight to Cologne took one and a half hours. After that, the Ukrainians traveled another 25 km by bus and arrived at the hotel located directly on the «BayArena» stadium at 7:00 PM. It is here that the decisive match of the Euro-2024 qualification Ukraine — Italy will take place on November 20.
