Today after lunch, the Kyiv Dynamo players, having spent a total of 22 hours on the road, arrived at the blue-and-yellow team's location, expanding the squad to full strength. Along with the players came fitness coach Vitaliy Kulyba, and thus today’s warm-up at the "On Traugutta" stadium was conducted by him (yesterday this task was taken up by one of Sergei Rebrov’s assistants, Alberto Bosch).

In fact, after part of the run, players split into two groups: boys from Ukrainian clubs who played on Sunday continued to circle around the field, while foreign players together with Yegor Nazarina and Dmytro Riznyk conducted a ball-based warm-up, including passing accuracy exercises, followed by various tasks set by the coaching staff. A lot of attention is already being paid in the first days of training to tactical work. Players did passing drills with finishing shots, worked on pressing tactics, performed defensive actions. The team also worked in game series format.

Meanwhile, the other group, after completing their run, did stretching and muscle recovery exercises. After finishing the recovery work, they returned to the hotel.

After leveling the functional state of players, the entire team will train in a unified session tomorrow. This training will be evening and, like the previous two, will take place at the "On Traugutta" stadium.
