On October 31, the women's national team of Ukraine will continue their fight in the group stage of the first-ever Nations League tournament with a second match against Greece.

The blue-and-yellow team started the group stage with losses against Serbia (1:2), Poland (1:2), and Greece (1:2). Now, however, Vladimir Pyatenko's team will face the Greek women again. The nominal home match will be played on the island of Crete in Heraklion at the «Theodoros Vardinoyannis» stadium. The game starts at 17:00 (local time matches Kyiv time). Admission is free.

A live broadcast of the match on the UAF YouTube channel will start today at 17:00.

All matches at the group stage will be played according to the usual format — home and away against each opponent in the group. Three points will be awarded for a win, one point for a draw, and no points for a loss.

Who Will Qualify? Who Will Play in Promotion/Relegation Matches?

League A

The top two teams in each group will remain in League A for the European qualification process of the Women's Euro 2025.

Four teams that finish third will play against second-place teams from Group B. Winners will stay in League A; losers will drop to League B.

Teams finishing fourth will be relegated to League B.

League B

The top four teams in each group will move up to League A.

Four second-place teams will play against third-place teams from Group A. Winners will stay in League A; losers will drop to League B.

The top three third-place finishers will play against the top three second-place finishers from Group C. Winners will remain in League B for European qualification; losers will be relegated to League C.

The team with the lowest ranking among those finishing third and four teams that finished fourth will drop down to League C.

League C

Five group winners will move up to League B.

The top three second-place finishers will play against the top three third-place finishers from Group B. Winners will remain in League B for European qualification; losers will drop down to League C.

Other teams will stay in League C.

Matches for Promotion/Relegation

Pairs are drawn by lot, and matches are played home and away. Teams finishing third in their groups are considered seeded and will play the return match at home.
