President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about his conversation with US President Joe Biden and his working trip to cities in Kyiv Oblast.

"I wish good health, dear Ukrainians!

Just concluded a conversation with US President Biden. As always, substantive dialogue — allied. A strong signal of support — as much as needed to win.

I am grateful to President Biden, Congress — both parties — and the entire American people for their powerful assistance and leadership — leadership that helps unite the world in defense of life and an international order based on rules. Ukrainians know how important a strong unity is in defending against terror and aggression. Unity here, in our country. Unity among partner countries, especially in America. Unity around the world.

We discussed further joint steps to defend freedom. We talked about defense support, including that «atracams» can help us speed up Ukraine's liberation from the occupier. Of course, we also spoke about maintaining aid for Ukraine next year — a substantial package of support for our country.

America will support the implementation of the Peace Formula, and I informed President Biden about the upcoming major international meeting on the Peace Formula that will take place in Malta this month.

I asked President Biden about his visit to the Middle East region and his view on further developments. We equally recognize the need to avoid further destabilization and escalation of war in this part of the world as well. Ukrainians and Americans — we sympathize with all victims of tragic events. Ukraine is ready to work together with America and all partners to stabilize the situation and save as many lives as possible.

Today I spoke with UN Secretary-General Guterres. About how UN institutions can help our country, our people throughout winter. We also talked about food security — about export routes for Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea, about the need to protect Ukraine's ports from Russian terrorist attacks. I invited Mr. Secretary-General to a food summit — our humanitarian initiative "Grain from Ukraine," which will take place in November. I noted his active participation in global efforts regarding the Peace Formula and readiness to send a UN representative to the next meeting of sponsors.

Of course, we also discussed the situation in Israel, Palestine, generally on the Middle East. The entire world must be united so that peace prevails in every region of the world — everywhere on earth. And no matter what happens, all sides should care about ordinary civilians receiving necessary assistance and being able to escape from combat actions. Any forms of terror and war escalation are unacceptable.

One more thing.

Today I started my day with a working trip to cities in Kyiv Oblast — those cities and villages that suffered under Russian occupation. Thankful to everyone who is working on restoring everything that was destroyed by the occupier. Ukraine did not remain alone — we are helped by governments of various countries, and philanthropists. Of course, much needs to be done — a lot needs to be rebuilt and renewed so there's no trace of destruction left in Ukraine. But all this work is based on one thing — the sincerity of people's hearts who are with us, who value life, freedom, and courage as we do in Ukraine. I believe that such people make up the majority in the world. And it's necessary to continue doing everything possible and impossible so that the global majority stands with Ukraine.
