In connection with Andriy Yarmolenko's injury, which will prevent the captain of the national team from participating in the October qualifying games for Euro-2024, head coach of Ukraine Serhiy Rebrov has called up striker Nazariy Rusin of English Sunderland.

This is the second call-up for Nazariy. Previously, he trained with the main team in June but has yet to make his debut for the national team.

As a reminder, blue-and-yellow will start their training camp on October 8th in Prague, where they will play a home qualifier against North Macedonia on the 14th. On the 17th, our boys face an away match against Malta.
