The case concerning Anatolii Timoshchuk's appeal against the decisions of the disciplinary bodies of the Ukrainian Association of Football (UAF) is currently pending before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). At present, the Ukrainian Association of Football is working on preparing its position in this case. The date of the CAS hearing regarding this matter will be set separately.

As a reminder, the Disciplinary Committee of the UAF indefinitely banned Anatolii Timoshchuk from engaging in any football-related activities (administrative, sports, etc.) due to behavior that damages the reputation of football and the UAF; stripped Anatolii Timoshchuk of all titles as champion and silver medalist of the Ukrainian championship, Cup of Ukraine, and Super Cup of Ukraine; recommended that the Licensing Center of the UAF take appropriate measures regarding the revocation (stripping) of Anatolii Timoshchuk's UEFA Pro license; and instructed the Administration of the UAF to approach state authorities regarding the stripping of all state awards and honorary titles from Anatolii Timoshchuk.

Anatolii Timoshchuk appealed this decision to the Appeals Committee of the UAF. The Appeals Committee of the UAF fully rejected Timoshchuk's appeal, leaving the decision of the Disciplinary Committee of the UAF in full force.
